Montana is very fortunate to have many generous individuals and organizations that believe in promoting aviation by offering monetary assistance to qualified persons. The scholarships are offered to Montanans to help defray costs of education (e.g., flight instruction, A&P mechanic school, etc.).

The Governor's Office of Community Service, Reach Higher Montana and Montana Campus Compact are pleased to announce the Youth Serve Montana Scholarship opportunity. Up to one hundred high school seniors will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship for their volunteer service in their respective communities.

The Angel Fund will grant multiple post-secondary scholarships to graduating seniors at Access to Success, Capital High School, Helena High School and PAL to help defray tuition expenses at a Montana college or university freshman year. The scholarship will be awarded to deserving seniors based on financial need, academic success and a commitment to give back to their community.

The Billings Clinic and Billings Clinic Foundation are pleased to offer a variety of scholarship opportunities for students interested in pursuing a career in health care. Scholarships are awarded to individuals who exhibit a strong desire and potential to excel in the health care field.

MSAWWA and MWEA are equal partners in offering the Donald G. Willems Scholarship. One or two scholarships are offered annually to students whose course work leads to employment in the water and wastewater fields, which are highly diverse, including specialization in water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, water resources, watershed protection, groundwater remediation, and many other subdisciplines, including for example, the study of waterborne disease.

The Horatio Alger scholarship is made possible through the generosity of Dennis and Phyllis Washington in partnership with the Horatio Alger Association. This scholarship is specifically aimed at students who have confronted and have overcome adversity in their young lives.

The Montana Farmers Union (MFU) is a statewide grassroots organization working for family farmers, ranchers and rural communities through conferences, scholarships and other educational opportunities, as well as legislative representation and support for producer-owned co-ops. This scholarship is for students whose family is a member of the MFU.

The Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE) is awarding a scholarship to a student who has demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, community involvement and/or extracurricular activity. The student or parent/legal guardian must be an active member of MFPE.

The Montana University System Honor Scholarship is a 4-year renewable scholarship that waives the recipient's tuition when used at an eligible campus.

The Big Sky Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) is offering two scholarships funded through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund to two deserving female students.

The Gates of the Mountains Chapter of Credit Unions is offering a scholarship open to both traditional (graduating high school seniors) and non-traditional students.

The Montana Chamber Foundation created the Kelly Kuntz Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of our friend and former Board member. Kelly was Senior Vice President, Financial Consultant with D.A. Davidson & Co. when he passed away in 2014. Each year the Montana Chamber Foundation awards a scholarship in his memory.

Montana's future workforce is important to the Montana Contractors Association (MCA). For that reason, the MCA, through its Associates' and Concrete divisions, and education foundation offer scholarships to help pay for education that helps Montana students pursue their career paths of choice.

The Ennis Arts Association offers multiple scholarships annually to college or vocational technical school students who plan on enrolling or who are currently enrolled in an art related degree.
