WBL Collaborative Director

Reach Higher Montana is hiring! 

The Montana Work-Based Learning Collaborative (led by Reach Higher Montana) is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Work-Based Learning Collaborative Director.  The Collaborative Director will be a visionary, dynamic leader who can grow and lead the Collaborative, facilitate the collective success of this statewide effort, and serve as a public ambassador for the initiative. More specifically, the Director will also drive the Collaborative’s internal and external functions, including strategy, communications, community engagement, fund development, and data functions. This position is funded through December 2024 by a grant from the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. Funding beyond December 2024 is contingent upon resource availability. 

This exempt position is located in Montana, and eligible to work at Reach Higher Montana’s Helena office, remotely (in Montana), or in a hybrid format. Normal working hours are generally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some requirements for evening and/or weekend work. The position involves in-state travel, and potentially, some out-of-state travel. 

  • Compensation: $75,000 annually, plus benefits.

WBL Collaborative Data Analyst

The Montana Work-Based Learning Collaborative (led by Reach Higher Montana) seeks a Data Analyst to lead the planning, analysis, reporting, and coordination for The Montana Work-Based Learning Collaborative’s overall data needs and data infrastructure. The collection, analysis and reporting of data is a major strategic component of the Montana Work-Based Learning Collaborative. The Work-Based Learning Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes for the Collaborative, its members and partners, and other stakeholders.
